As every individual has a different skin type and lifestyle choices it becomes difficult to peg the results of the treatment. However, on an average the Microblading treatment results lasts over a year and half to two. For some, it may last as long as upto three years.

It is recommended to get a short touch up session once a year for the longevity of the results.

Microblading is  not recommended for everyone, especially for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Diabetics to avoid. Microblading is also not advised to any individuals healing or diagnosed with any bleeding or auto-immune disorders. You should steer clear away and skip the procedure if you are consuming any blood thinners or have any skin conditions or undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. Avoid microblading if you have a keloid tendency.

Since the microblading procedure is achieved with a hand tool which slices through only the uppermost layer of the skin, it is not only less painful than tattooing, but it also causes lesser damage to the skin and results in a faster recovery process. As a result, less pigment is needed, this prevents colour from bleeding into the adjacent skin cells in contrast to traditional tattoos that turn blue or green after a few years.

Due to the anaesthesia applied at the beginning of the procedure, most patients report only minor pressure or discomfort and lesser pain when compared to a typical tattoo.
